There are few players that could match the international experience that Marcus Rashford has already gained before his 21st birthday, boasting not only 17 England caps, but also tournament experience, having been selected by Roy Hodgson as part of the Euro 2016 squad.

Similarly to Sterling, Rashford has the pace, skill, and self-confidence to worry any defender in Russia, particularly when coming off the bench. In England's knockout loss to Iceland, the Manchester United youngster came on as a substitution in the dying minutes of the game, and still managed to make more of an impact, and put in a better performance, than any other player in an England shirt.

Rashford's only drawback is that he has never been a prolific goalscorer. The mere seven goals scored this past season has topped the five he scored in each of the previous two seasons, which is something that may persuade Southgate to choose another option to start on the wing against Tunisia.
