10. Oscar (Chelsea, £25 million)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MkuA6OJ6JyY He hasn't been spectacular in the Premier League, granted, but he has only played five games for his new team, and he's still only 21. It's also interesting to note how past Brazilians and Argentinians have spectacularly failed in the past, with examples such as Juan Sebastian Veron, Diego Forlan and Kleberson to name a few (a little insult for United fans there). Oscar is clearly improving all the time though, with his two goals against Juventus in the Champions League indicative of his natural talent (he meant the amazing touch that set up that goal, and you won't convince me otherwise). Chelsea fans will also be excited to note that Oscar is campaigning heavily for Neymar to join him at the London-based club. Rating: 8 /10 An extremely gifted prodigy.
