Premier League: 10 January Transfers That Make Sense

7. Cardiff To Sign Wilfried Zaha

Since his eventual move from Crystal Palace to Manchester United last summer, Wilfried Zaha hasn't had a look-in at Old Trafford under David Moyes. The rookie winger has played a meagre half an hour of Premier League football this season with the likes of Nani, Ashley Young and Antonio Valencia keeping him out of the side, and a loan move has been mentioned. Zaha needs regular playing time to develop his game and, while a string of topflight teams have been linked with the England international, Cardiff appear to be favourites. Former Red Devil Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has just taken over at the Bluebirds and his good relationship with United could help him land the precocious youngster for the remainder of the season. Zaha to Cardiff would seem to suit all parties with the Welsh club looking to retain their Premier League status and United no room for the midfielder in their side right now.
