Club: Chelsea In a hugely competitive Chelsea midfield, Oscar has stood out and has given Jose Mourinho good reason to keep the likes of Juan Mata out of the starting line-up. Like most Brazilian footballers, Oscar is a gifted player who has the potential to become a crucial figure for both club and country. Despite his weak and fragile appearance, Oscar is fully capable of dominating the midfield, as he has regularly shown this season. He uses his agility to his advantage, gliding past opponents effortlessly when on the attack and getting himself into excellent positions relatively undetected. He also never stops moving throughout the entirety of the game, making him a nightmare to mark. The Brazilian also doesn't get anything like enough credit for the role he performs in the heart of the Chelsea midfield. He is an integral part of Mourinho's new look Blues and, providing he remains a Premier League player, somebody who we can expect to see a lot more of in the coming seasons.
