Premier League: Top 10 Transfers On Deadline Day

9. Bryan Oviedo (FC Copenhagen to Everton)

Although being a current Danish International, Oviedo may be one of the lesser known signings of transfer deadline day, but the versatile left-sided player will certainly be hoping to make an impact following his move to Everton from FC Copenhagen. Not only does he bring international experience, but also Champions League experience, something that, following Everton's remarkable start to the season, is on many pundit's lips. Steve Round, assistant manager at Everton say's that Oviedo is only likely to provide cover on the left-hand side, but if injuries to players such as Leighton Baines were to occur, they certainly have a more than capable replacement waiting in the wings. Although the £5 million fee (quoted by the BBC) for a player that may only serve as back up seems quite extortionate, it may certainly feel like money well invested following the exit of Jack Rodwell to Manchester City for a reported £12m (as quoted by the BBC.) http://youtu.be/Ppr9wS6UDj4
