7. Emmanuel Adebayor - Monaco To Arsenal

It was eight years ago this month when English football was first introduced to enigma that is Emannuel Adebayor - a player who often divides opinion among football fans. But regardless of his status with fans, there is no doubting that his £3 million transfer to Arsenal in January 2006 was a bargain.
