In two of her pro fights and two amateur fights as well, she wound up taking split decision wins. While it's tempting to say that a win is a win, and she has fought twice in Invicta, Kagan is a definite underdog here. One of her losses comes to the aforementioned Rose Namajunas, and the difference in experience between them at the professional level (at a single fight) isn't that great. She did, however, have seven fights as an amateur, going 5-2, so overall she has the edge in experience. Still, she's another fighter who will greatly benefit from getting a few more fights under her belt.
