Ranking Newcastle's Transfer Dealings 2014-15 - Outgoings

7. Remie Streete - Six-Month Loan (To Rangers)

Season Rating (While On Loan): 2 Success Of Sale Rating: 7.5 Remie Streete was one of the five - yes FIVE - NUFC players to head on loan to Rangers in February in a bizarre deal, undoubtedly brought about due to Mike Ashley's interests in both clubs. However, Streete went off after less than 45 minutes of his debut with an injury - and he hasn't been seen since! The defender is a Newcastle United reserve, so the Magpies have not missed him. He doesn't seem to have a first-team future on Tyneside, so the fact this deal didn't work out didn't really affect them too much (although possibly he could have filled in during the defensive crisis, but this seems unlikely).
