Ranking Sunderland's Premier League Home Kits - From Worst To Best
12. 2007-08
The first Sunderland kit back in the Premier League was supplied by Umbro, arguably the manufacturer with the best record when it comes to recent shirts. They produced a modern design for the start of a new era, with the 'tiger print' style underarm sections looking particularly slick. The Boylesports logo made the shirt look busy, but it was a worthy re-invention of a classic design, even if it will be remembered for Michael Chopra's frantic celebrations after bagging an opening day winner against Spurs.
