3. Real Madrid v Rayo Vallecano (26/02/2012)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gHhzI5yEAcg So far we have seen how Ronaldo has used his raw power to smash the ball home, but the attackers goal against Rayo Vallecano displayed how there is a different side to his game. Much is made of Ronaldos impressive physique and his athletic prowess, but his finish for this goal showed just how good the Portuguese star is technically. Mesut Ozil whipped in a corner from the right hand side and as the ball fell to the floor in the box, Ronaldo found himself with his back to goal. In an instant the winger had back heeled the ball towards the goal, taking everyone by surprise. Such was the speed of thought of Ronaldo that the Rayo players were helpless to react and the ball nestled neatly in the bottom corner of the net yet another remarkable goal from Madrids talisman.
