Ref #: PA.93322 Ryan Giggs scored 114 Premier League goals in 672 appearances for Manchester United during a 24-year career at Old Trafford - the first of which came on 19 September 1992 against Tottenham Hotspur. And it was a goal that would later become known as 'typical Giggs', complete with a dribbling run, audacious flair and breathtaking speed. The young midfielder gained possession deep inside the Spurs half, took the ball around one defender, nutmegged another and charged into the penalty area, rounding the goalkeeper and slotting into an empty net. It was the sort of goal a seasoned pro would be proud to call his own. Giggs was just 19.
