One of the most exciting players to be linked with Spurs this summer is Real Sociedad's French international attacking midfielder Antoine Griezmann. The 23 year old has a £24 million release clause in his contract at the La Liga club and would represent good value for money, given his undoubtedly exceptional talent and his young age. He looked lively at the 2014 World Cup when he got on the field for France, and those impact performances, added on to his impressive club form has seen an abundance of interest in the star. Manchester United, Bayern Munich, Monaco, Chelsea and Liverpool are just some of the clubs linked with making a move for him. The fact that Spurs aren't in the Champions League and/or don't have the financial clout to compete with some of those teams makes his signing unlikely, but it would obviously be spectacular if it did happen and Spurs fans would love to see him go up against West Ham. It's not as though Spurs are short in the attacking midfield position, but Aaron Lennon has a terrible final ball, Andros Townsend disappointed massively last season (particularly when it came to goals and assists), Nacer Chadli has been poor since joining last year and Gylfi Sigurdsson has struggled to cement his place in Spurs' first team and is strongly expected to become a Crystal Palace player this summer.
