Spurs New Manager: 10 Replacements For Tim Sherwood
7. Michael Laudrup
On the 4th of February this year, Michael Laudrup was sacked as manager of Swansea City (by email, nonetheless) in a move that many people felt was incredibly harsh. The club were 12th in the Premier League at the time - the position they finished in at the end of the season - but had lost six out of Laudrup's last eight games. That said, he had them playing some wonderful football - and that's what potentially makes him so suitable for the Tottenham Hotspur job. Spurs traditionally play exciting, attractive and attacking football and Laudrup could supply that. Despite his apparent failure at Swansea, the fact is he has vital Premier League experience and is still a big name. Although he won't be one of the first names on the list of potential replacements for Tim Sherwood, he's one that Daniel Levy should definitely consider.
