Spurs Transfers: 10 Players They Must Sign This Summer

9. Wilfried Zaha (Crystal Palace)

The loss of Wilfried Zaha would be a hammer blow to Crystal Palace and Roy Hodgson, who owe an enormous debt of gratitude to the Ivorian winger for helping them to stave off the threat of relegation.

But even the most ardent Eagles fan would have to concede that Zaha is a level or two above anyone else currently plying their trade at Selhurst Park (especially now that Christian Benteke has forgotten how to play football).

The 25-year-old is due another opportunity at one of England's top sides too, having joined Manchester United five years ago and harshly labelled a flop after struggling, along with every other player in the squad, to prosper under David Moyes.

Spurs, a club with far lower expectation levels, seems like a much better fit for a player of Zaha's occasionally frustrating playing style, and they themselves could use an injection of pace among their forward ranks.
