Spurs Transfers: 11 Signings Mauricio Pochettino Must Make Immediately

1. Adam Lallana

Current Club: Southampton Simply put, Adam Lallana has been one of the best players in the country this season. His fantastic performances, 9 goals and 6 assists have been pivotal in Southampton's climb to 8th in the Premier League table. He was named in the PFA Team of the Year, has earned himself a trio of England caps, will be on the plane to Brazil with the squad this year and will be expected to start for the team in their opening match against Italy. In a nutshell, he is a phenomenal player and, unsurprisingly, has caught the eye of a number of big Premier League teams like Manchester United, Liverpool and indeed Spurs themselves. With Pochettino in charge, Spurs should do all they can to make signing Lallana a priority. The disappointment of losing Gareth Bale was somewhat eased by the performances of Christian Eriksen, but Erik Lamela has failed to make the grade and Lallana could play in that position between midfield and strikers to provide goals and assists for the White Hart Lane club. He's certainly the marquis signing they need and Pochettino will know that all too well. So there you have it - eleven players Mauricio Pochettino must immediately sign for Spurs. Do you agree? Who else should Pochettino look to bring to White Hart Lane? Will he even get the job? Let us know your thoughts in the comments box below.
