Spurs Transfers: 5 More La Liga Stars That Could Follow Roberto Soldado To White Hart Lane

2. Alvaro Morata

Another young Spaniard that Tottenham have targeted this summer is Real Madrid's Alvaro Morata. Spurs have picked out the 20-year-old as the one player they want the most from any potential player-plus-cash deal for Gareth Bale, according to the Express. It is understood the starlet holds the key to the Bale situation being resolved and that the Lilywhites are refusing to speak to Real until Morata's inclusion in the deal is seriously entertained by the La Liga club. New Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti is just as adamant as Spurs are that Bale is not for sale as he is Morata, and is reluctant to let the youngster go. Considered one of Real's next big "Galacticos", Morata's star is rising and the striker is considered one of the brightest young forwards in European football. And that's what Spurs could be getting if they can persuade Real to include the fledgling youngster in any deal for Bale.
