Observant readers will have noted that this team has reassembled England's back three from the 2018 World Cup. Perhaps this team isn't so bad after all?

The most expensive defender of all time is English and just so happens to be Harry Maguire who made the record-breaking move from Leicester City to Manchester United last summer.

After impressing at the Foxes, Maguire made the plane to Russia and became an England icon after using his abnormally big forehead to score against Sweden. Since then he's grown in notoriety and become a regular staple in the Three Lions set-up.

Maguire is your typical old-fashioned defender, who also isn't too bad with his feet, making him the ideal partner for Stones or Joe Gomez

Good old slab-head isn't necessarily a player who sets the world alight, but his presence in the Red Devil's team has sured-up their defence and following Ashley Young's departure, he was handed the United armband.

He's a good player no doubt but was he really worth THAT much money? It may be too early to say.
