2. GSP vs. Matt Hughes III
Their third fight is ranked above their second if only because GSP not only took revenge on Matt Hughes against for having beaten them in their first fight, he did it similar to how Hughes had submitted him: by arm-bar. At UFC 79, for the interim welterweight title (Matt Serra still had the full belt), GSP executed almost a carbon copy of their first fight, once again finishing the fight in the second, only this time via submission. In the process, he won their rubber match, and another crack at Serra. It was a turning point in GSP's career, and he never looked back again.
