Serie A's 2016-17 Coach of the Year arrives in the Premier League after a few very impressive season with Napoli. Sarri hasn't actually won a single trophy with any of the clubs he's managed throughout a long career in Italy, but has proven himself to be a shrewd tactician, losing just 25 of his 147 games with Napoli.

Chelsea don't tend to hold onto managers for too long, but Sarri has already said he sees himself sticking with the club for ten years. To do that, he'll need to win trophies, and he's been getting closer and closer in recent years. His Napoli side were just four points away from being crowned Italian champions last season, with Sarri employing a system not too dissimilar to Pep Guardiola at Manchester City to great effect.

The term 'Sarri-ball' was even coined to describe Napoli's fast-moving, short-passing, adventurous style of play in recent seasons. Like Guardiola, Sarri focuses on possession but encourages his players to really make things happen with the ball, rather than just holding onto it for no reason.

Napoli enjoyed some of the highest possession statistics in Europe over the course of last season and created a huge amount of chances too. His side were a lot of fun to watch and Chelsea can be expected to follow suit.
