4. They Have An Experienced Premier League Manager
The Hammers are one of the few clubs that have featured near the foot of the table that have decided to keep faith with their manager. Of course, there are plenty of teams that would have panicked is the position the East London club have been in for most of this season. West Ham do though deserve some credit for not panicking and keeping their faith in Sam Allardyce, and its at least evidence that clubs can improve their situation without sacking the manager. Perhaps one of the reason that Allardyce has been able to turn things around is because of the experience he has had in managing other teams, especially in the Premier League. Notable clubs that he has managed before West Ham include Bolton, Newcastle and Blackburn. During his time with Hammers, he has managed a win ratio of 40.48%, and perhaps its his previous success that persuaded the West Ham board to keep faith with him. However, many pundits have pointed out that when you are in relegation trouble, you want a manager like Allardyce.
