World Cup 2018: 10 Most Dramatic Moments From The Group Stage
7. Kane's Header
Would England have made it out of the group without Harry Kane? Given the relatively poor performances of his fellow forwards and the fact that he's scored 5 of England's 8 goals at the World Cup so far, there's definitely an argument to be made that the Three Lions would be far worse off without the Tottenham striker.
Kane scored a super hat-trick in England's 6-1 demolition of Panama, but his most important strike so far was his game-winning header against Tunisia. Kane had opened the scoring in the early stages but Tunisia equalised with a penalty later in the first half.
The game was dying out and England seemed to have lost a lot of their zip and creativity. Once again, it looked like the Three Lions were going to fail to win their opening game and set themselves up for a tricky battle to escape the group. Fortunately, cometh the hour, cometh the man, with Kane scoring an absolutely vital goal in added time to send England fans into raptures and get his quest for the Golden Boot off to a super start.
