10 Footballers Who Played For Both Barcelona And Real Madrid
2. Luis Enrique
Most people will probably picture Luis Enrique in the blue and red of Barcelona, and rightly so, given how successful he was as a player and then manager with the club.
It's easy, then, to forget that prior to being one of the main men at the Nou Camp, Enrique did actually make in excess of 150 appearances for Real Madrid before sealing a move to the Catalan club.
While sceptical at the time over his signing, Barcelona fans were soon won round by Enrique, as he gave his all for the club and eventually went on to become club captain over an eight-year spell.
Not one to mince his words or beat around the bush, Enrique endeared himself further to the Catalan faithful by celebrating wildly on numerous occasions when he netted against Madrid.
Madrid fans probably don't want to remember Enrique as fondly as the Barca fans do, but there's little doubting the impact he had on each club given he won La Liga during both spells.
