7. Romelu Lukaku

Barkley's teammate Lukaku is another who has failed to hit the heights of last season, and he is even more culpable than his English teammate for Everton's slump towards the relegation zone in 2014/15. The 21-year-old averaged very nearly a goal every other game last season, combining pace, power and finishing to great effect, but this time around he has not looked the same player.
