No disrespect to The Rams but "I should've stayed at Derby" is not exactly a common phrase among rising footballers, but Polish striker Grzegorz Rasiak would probably do just about anything to recapture those glory days with Derby County. Following prolific success with a number of Polish clubs, Rasiak arrived in England, where 18 goals in his first 41 games put him firmly on Tottenham's radar, and manager Martin Jol captured the target man for £3 million in 2005. Sadly for Rasiak though, any hope of a bright future came to a screeching halt with the London club, as he was allowed just eight appearances and failed to score entirely - a dismal record that completely dismantled the striker's progress. Despite one fruitful season with Southampton back in the Championship, Rasiak never fully recovered from the heartache of White Hart Lane; eight clubs later and a 35-year-old Rasiak is a shadow of his former self, shame.
