10 Players That Leicester City Could Sign To Avoid Relegation

1. Matt Jarvis (West Ham)

A speedy winger who may want to move on in the near future, having only made 13 appearances for West Ham last season. Matt Jarvis has become something of a forgotten man at Upton Park following a recent hamstring injury. The one-time England international could provide a great amount of competition for Leicester's current wingers Jeffrey Schlupp, Riyad Mahrez and Marc Albrighton.

Previously of Wolverhampton Wanderers and Gillingham, he has made nearly 400 career appearances whilst proving to be a constant menace on the left-flank. He has scored 39 goals and provided 62 assists in his foray through the English league system. With Premier League experience an extremely important attribute for a side looking to avoid relegation, Jarvis could prove to be the perfect addition for Leicester, having made just under 200 appearances in the top tier of English football.

Furthermore, with London outfit West Ham recently recruiting French winger Dimitri Payet, Jarvis' game time at the club may be even more restricted. This could make a potential pursuit for the Englishman quite easy. Having two years left on his contract and the fact that he has reached 29, Jarvis may wish to leave the Irons to gain as much game-time as possible before he reaches the twilight years of his career.
