Everton and Scott Parker have been linked several times over the last 10 years. At Charlton and West Ham, Everton were reportedly interested in signing the midfielder. Another ferocious midfielder with a fantastic work rate on the pitch he'd have fitted in superbly with Everton's game. A former Football Writer's Association Footballer of the Year, Parker's engine continues to rack up the miles at Fulham. With the Cottagers' relegation, a move to Everton could still be on the cards. At 33 his best years are probably behind him but that's not suggest he couldn't still do a job for the premier league side.
