It's the classic wrestler/striker battle, and it has huge consequences for the division. After losing a title shot to GSP in 2013, Hendricks was able to win the welterweight belt when the Canadian champion retired, only to lose it in a rematch against Robbie Lawler. With Lawler now an established champ, Hendricks is chomping at the bit for a title shot, though fans are not exactly behind him in his quest for a third shot at the belt (rematches have become a sticking point in the UFC).
