Pochettino and Mitchell had an undoubtedly strong partnership at Southampton, as Pochettino sent Mitchell out to find players that would suit his team and then played them in his formation to great success. Spurs are known for going through managers like a hot knife through butter - they're on to their seventh in the last ten years - and some stability to would be welcome and would obviously benefit the club greatly. It seems as if that's finally going to happen and, even though things aren't going great right now, they have one of the world's most promising young managers in Mauricio Pochettino.
