Back at the start of the summer, it seemed more or less sure that Mario Balotelli, of "Why Always Me?" fame, was set to continue his séjour in France and make a move from Nice to Marseilles, but as the days and weeks passed by, talk of the move seemed to die down.

The controversial Italian has enjoyed a bit of a renaissance since moving to the south of France. His discipline has still been an issue, with the 27-year-old picking up a few too many red and yellow cards, but his goalscoring exploits have been fantastic. The former Manchester City man netted 26 times in all competitions last season and 17 the year before.

The latest reports out of France stay that Balotelli is training with Nice and his move to OM might still happen, but it all looks a little uncertain for now. Having spent two years with Nice and made his way back into the Italian national side after a four-year absence, this seems like the right time for Super Mario to make a big move and start competing for trophies once more.
