As has already been mentioned, Newcastle United may be English football's "greatest underachievers" - but the same label can also be given to Club Atlas in Mexico. Their only major trophy came with their Mexican Liga MX success in 1950-51, and they have only ever been runners-up three times - in 1948-49, 1961-62, and 1999.
