1. Mike Williamson And Fabricio Coloccini Take The Lead On Everything

Fabricio Coloccini and Mike Wiliamson were first onto the training pitch, first to start warming up together and first to start any of the activities delegated by Alessandro Scoenmaker. The former was recently handed the captaincy by Steve McClaren and he demonstrated strong leadership qualities throughout the opening session. Williamson was also highly active and it could be that the central defender plays an inspirational part off the pitch if Chancel Mbemba continues to keep him out the first team.
