10 U20 World Cup Stars Premier League Sides Should Sign

1. Adalberto Penaranda

Posted by Adalberto Peñaranda on Thursday, July 21, 2016

Currently At: Malaga (on Loan from Watford)

Position: Forward

Although signed for Watford in 2016, problems regarding a work permit meant it's been a domestic season to forget for Venezuela's talisman as he was shipped to Udinese on loan before being recalled and then sent on loan to Malaga.

However whatever domestic struggles Penaranda suffered with, he entered the tournament with a point to prove and proved it to the world as his two goals and three assists lit up his side as they marched towards the final and finished eventual runners up.

A powerful forward with an electric turn of pace, Penaranda has bags of promise and is capable of runs in behind, to stretch defences. As he's yet to find his feet in English football, Watford will be keen to sort out his permit issues as soon as possible and play him next season but with the performances he put in, it would not be surprising at all for other clubs to snatch him up.

Clubs He'd Suit: Arsenal, Man City
