Despite coming out in support of Alan Pardew twice already this season - most recently to confirm that everyone was tight at the club and had confidence in the manager (misplaced at best) - the Argentinian defender was reportedly one of the upset parties when the rails came off Newcastle's season last year. According the Mirror, Coloccini kicked off at Pardew regarding the way the team had been performing in the run up to the loss to Stoke last season, and at how poorly he was "managing" the situation. In an uncharacteristic stand against the manager, the furious captain let all of his true feelings about Pardew flood out in a tirade that shocked team-mates and will come as a surprise to fans in light of his subordination this year.
