11 Players Who Stole A Living From Manchester United

5. Jordi Cruyff

In the 1970's, there was nobody to touch the master of Dutch football, Johan Cruyff. Though it has to be a little tough trying to follow in the old man's footsteps. That was how Jordi Cruyff found his time at Old Trafford - tough. Cruyff though broke into the Barcelona team from the youth setup while his dad was manager at the Nou Camp before joining the club. He actually did a good job in Catalonia, scoring a decent amount of goals for both the B team and first team. He even played in Barca's famous 4-0 win over United in the Champions League in Spain before United took him under their wing in 1996. But in a time hampered by injuries and poor form, Cruyff made just 55 appearances in four years, failing to shine during United's most successful period in their history. Shipped off to Alaves in 2000, Cruyff had a decent few years in La Liga before playing for Metalurg Donetsk in Ukraine.
