Considering the personnel in the intro who already possess an England cap or two, it must come as a shock to see Danny Rose not amongst them. But it's true - he hasn't yet played for England. He has 29 caps and three goals for the under-21s but often found himself behind Cole, Bridge and Baines. Under Stuart Pearce, Rose was Team GB's left-back for the London Olympics. In 2012, he caused controversy in Serbia by kicking the ball into the crowd, as a reaction to the racist abuse he'd endured all match. Rose was sent off and a mass brawl ensued. At club level, his Tottenham debut came in a North London derby, where his wondergoal won Goal of the Season. It took several loan spells in the lower leagues to develop Rose, but he's now a mainstay in the Spurs side.
