15 Worst Ever Sunderland Premier League Signings

15. Rade Prica

Roy Keane was actually a half-decent manager. He brought the feelgood factor back to Sunderland, and there's a majority of fans who still have a soft spot for the man. However, his transfer record was beyond atrocious, and Rade Prica is the first of many Keane buys who will feature. The £2 million Swedish striker arrived in 2008 from Aaborg, boasting an impressive 28 goals in 48 games for the Danish outfit, and had an equally impressive record for a string of Scandinavian clubs. Prica scored on his Sunderland debut, and had another ruled out for handball. That was his only highlight. The clueless forward made five more substitute appearances without finding the net, and that was it. Done. Out the door and shifted on to Rosenborg. He would've ranked higher in the list, but his saving grace was being sold for a profit (£2.3 million) and became the Norweigan League top scorer in his first season. *jaw drops*
