Andreas Christensen was loaned out from Chelsea to Borussia Monchengladbach this summer and will stay at the club for each of the next two years. The 19-year-old was handed his Blues debut by Jose Mourinho last season and went on to make three appearances. The central defender is yet to play for Die Borussen but is highly-rated and will hope to earn himself a permanent move in the same way that teammate Thorgan Hazard has achieved this season. Christensen plays primarily in the centre of the defence, although he also has some experience playing on the left flank and will be hoping to keep Aleksandar Mitrovic and Papiss Cisse quiet.
