2. Fighters Having Ample Opportunities To Be More Active And Make More Money
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CpcNOeCCvyY There have been countless complaints about fighter pay over the years. From managers to journalists to the fighters themselves, fighter pay has always been a hot topic. That issue has somewhat declined this year, due to how many events took place this year. We saw the likes of Neil Magny and Donald Cerrone take advantage of that in becoming more successful. In particular, Cerrone has won three bonuses in 2014. Eventually the bonuses stacks up and he becomes a prime example of taking advantage of the new schedule. Durability is clearly a difference maker in having one to three fights a year. Regardless of being injury prone or not, the opportunity is there for the taking. If you can stay in shape consistently like Cerrone, its not too difficult to jump on a card. Thats the beauty of the UFC in 2014-2015. Besides Nate Diaz, who has really spoken up about being underpaid? These events may look like oversaturation to critics, which is a well-justified claim for the UFCs schedule. The fighters should look at it in regards to the company providing more opportunities to get paid and potentially earning a 50,000-dollar bonus.
