5 Reasons Why Arturo Vidal Should Choose Liverpool Over Man United

3. There's Less Pressure

This nicely introduces my next point as to why Vidal should choose Liverpool over United. However you look at next season, there would be far less pressure on him to succeed. With Liverpool, there seems to be less of an incentive by the fans to pile pressure onto their players for the forthcoming season. This is because last season was one of their most successful for a few years, and patience is what Brendan Rodgers is asking for before the glory days return to Anfield again. Vidal would be allowed to settle in a little better, rather than what you'd expect at United, where he would be thrust into the first team and expected to perform. Think of Marouane Fellaini, he was bought for an outstanding amount of money and failed to perform at all in his first season because of the pressure of having to emulate the previous two seasons where the club lifted the trophy. There's nowhere to hide as a central midfielder, and whilst Vidal is amongst the best in world football, he would inevitably feel the pressure at Old Trafford more than he would at Liverpool.
