5 Things That Fantasy Sports Players Hate

1. Losing By A Close Margin

scoreboard Just like in sports, fantasy sporting games can also come down to the wire; the last play of the last game of the weekend that can decide whether you emerge victorious, or are pipped at the post. While most sporting contests are decided by comfortable margins, the ones that can be decisive are the ones that come down to the wire. There is nothing you can do as a fantasy coach (above praying and hoping) that can change the result of a match, or that can will a team on to win. Close results, especially in games that have larger scoring margins, are the most nail biting. Whats worse is that some fantasy sporting codes place a lot of weight on last minute important plays which can gain players more points in the last minute of games. When you and your friend are locked in a tight duel, a win in those circumstances, especially when you were losing for most of the weekend is pure ecstasy. However, when you are on the receiving end of one of these losses, all the small mistakes you made on the weekend come back to haunt you, and it is almost certainly worse when you are in the same place as the person, or have to see them during the week at social gatherings or work.
