2. Alexander Gustafsson
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EMy0bPUbtm0 When people bemoan the lack of challengers in the Light-Heavyweight division, 25-year-old Swede Alexander Gustafssons name is invariably bought up. One of only four top ten Light-Heavyweights that hasnt already been beaten by Jones, Gustafsson rebounded from a first round submission defeat to Phil Davis at UFC 112 with a five fight win streak that has seen him breeze through the lower to mid tier level fighters in the division. If Gustafsson can get past the fading Mauricio Shogun Rua at UFC on Fox 5 in December he is likely to earn his shot at the Champion. Despite still facing a reach disadvantage against Jones, Gustafsson boasts a lean 64 frame which instantly lessens the effect of one of Jones major advantages against most challengers, leverage. The problem for the Mauler though is that even in his strongest areas Jones still has the edge, and Gustafssons weaknesses for instance his wrestling are elements of the sport where Jones excels. Gustafsson is going to have to try and keep it standing while hoping that he can hang with one of the most versatile strikers in MMA.
