Arsenal: 5 Reasons The Gunners Will Win The FA Cup

2. Not Many Big Teams Left

There are just eight teams left in the FA Cup and only one of them can be considered as a better side than the Gunners, as their other big threats have already exited the competition. Arsenal have already knocked out North London rivals Tottenham Hotspur and Liverpool in the competition, while Chelsea and Manchester United also fell at early hurdles. Of the top four, only Manchester City are left, and the next biggest threat comes from Everton, who Arsenal will need to knock-out at the weekend. Three of the eight teams left in the competition are from outside the top-flight and one of them will be in the semi-finals of the competition, as Sheffield United clash with Charlton Athletic on Sunday. The only other tie involving two Premier League sides involves Sunderland and Hull City, both of whom Arsenal have already defeated this season and would be expected to again if required. In truth, Manchester City pose the only real threat in the competition but they showed in the FA Cup final last year that they can be beaten against all the odds. Arsenal won't have to face them at the Etihad, which is a good thing and at Wembley anyone can emerge victorious.
