Arsenal's Premier League title challenge may have come undone at the last stages, but it is too early to write them off just yet, especially as that strong run showed that the Gunners were capable of competing with the best despite the concerns of others. The Gunners have been at the top end of the season for the majority of the season and even led the pack for a while. A tricky run of fixtures has thrown a spanner in the works but the fact of the matter is no-one expected Arsenal to be fighting for the title, with expectations suggesting they would struggle to even make the Champions League. They've proved their worth in the Premier League and also impressed in Europe, where they overcame a group of death in the Champions League. They have shown that they are once again able to fight for glory against the best, though some tests like Bayern Munich, may have come too soon. The FA Cup is a perfect opportunity for Arsenal as they do not need to string together numerous brilliant results in order to progress. They showed against Liverpool that they are able to come back from a disappointing result and get what was necessary. Arsenal may not be the best side in England but they can't be overlooked.
