Strong, quick and powerful, Sanchez appears to be the perfect fit for English football, as unlike other lightweight wingers, his strength should enable him to adapt to the physical nature of the Premier League. Seeing how a player like Gervinho, who has thrived in Ligue 1 and Serie A, struggled in England shows just how hard it is to make the transition, and Griezmann and Pedro are similar to the Ivorian: small and mobile players who may have taken time to shine in the Premier League. Given Arsenals desire to push on after their FA Cup triumph, it is perhaps wise that they are going for someone who appears ready to take England by storm.
