4. Theo Walcott vs Gabriel Agbonlahor
Gabriel Agbonlahor has been a mainstay in the Aston Villa team since breaking into the squad in the 2005-06 and 2006-07 seasons, under Martin O'Neill especially. The winger shows extreme pace, able to outpace defenders, cut inside and either provide for fellow strikers or bend the ball into the far corner. Numerous times teams have been undone by a quick counter-attack, and with Villa possessing both Agbonlahor and Andreas Weimann on the wings, Arsenal will have to defend well and strong. The pace and trickery of the England international could prove to be a distraction and a problem for the Arsenal defenders. Opposing Agbonlahor in the winger department is Theo Walcott. Is he a striker? Is he a winger? One thing Walcott guarantees is pace, and with the inexperience at full-back, Aston Villa will have to be wary wherever he plays. Walcott has matured over the last two seasons from a promising young player into a fully-fledged international and vital club component, hitting 21 goals last season in all competitions and scoring for England in Wednesday's friendly with Scotland. Although criticized for 'lacking a football brain', Walcott provides assists and goals at vital times for the Gunners, and perhaps may grab a goal on Saturday. This is a real battle of the wingers!
