Celtic Transfers: 10 Big Signings For Champions League
3. Gary Hooper (Norwich)
The second former Celt on the list and again another player who Hoops fans would probably welcome back with open arms. Hooper was fantastic during his time with the Bhoys, scoring 63 goals in 95 games, resulting in fans clamouring for the striker to receive an England call-up. Since moving to Norwich City however, Hooper has found things a bit more difficult. Whilst his record of 18 goals in 63 games playing in the top two divisions in England is a decent enough return, Hooper has struggled to nail down a first team place, with strong competition from Cameron Jerome, Lewis Grabban and Ricky van Wolfswinkel. Perhaps for the right price therefore Norwich could be tempted to sell Hooper. With the English striker having already proven himself in the SPL and still relatively young at the age of 27 it doesnt seem too farfetched to suggest that Ronny Deila might be tempted to try to lure him back.
