Gareth Barry began his professional football career with Brighton & Hove Albion when he joined their youth academy in 1995 but joined Aston Villa's academy two years later. He broke into their first team squad in 1998 and made 365 Premier League appearances for the Midlands outfit. He went on to join Manchester City in 2009, where he won the FA Cup and the Premiership, and moved to Everton on loan in 2013 before joining permanently this summer.
Joseph is an accredited football journalist and has interviewed nearly all of the current 20 Barclay's Premier League managers. He is also a correspondent for Bleacher Report and has written for Caught Offside and Give Me Football.
