In terms of pure natural talent, Paul Pogba is the most exciting midfielder in the world at the moment. At 21, he has an incredible future ahead of him, and he's already better than pretty much all of his midfield peers. The France superstar has had a superb year, winning another Serie A title with Juventus and forming part of a sensational midfield alongside Pirlo and Arturo Vidal. He has everything in his armoury: pace, power, height, creativity, great goals and outrageous skill. He is almost like a combination of former Les Bleus legends Zinedine Zidane and Patrick Vieira. The 21-year-old has the potential to become the best player in the world one day, and Juve will do very well to keep hold of him in the long-term. Although the Turin giants are a very big club in their own right, some of Europe's real powerhouses will likely be bidding for him next summer for starters. He will cost a phenomenal sum of money. Manchester United sold him a few years ago, after he had been the star of their youth team, and even though he wasn't necessarily needed at the time, you have to wonder what on earth Sir Alex Ferguson was thinking.
