You might remember Willems from the Netherlands Euro 2012 poor performances that led them to be knocked out at the group stages and Willems didn't look ready for the stage. However a year on he is a year older and has a year more experience with PSV Eindhoven. He got a lot of first team experience due to Erik Pieters' injury,
who recently signed for Stoke. At only 19 he certainly has the potential that could mean he could be one of the best left backs in the world if nurtured correctly. With his love of attacking he is a very exciting full back, although like many modern full backs he might need some work on his defensive game. However with a
long term contract recently signed, Everton might have to spend big to bring the Dutch full back to the Premier League.
