We all know what happened. The Aguerooooo moment is etched into the minds of every football fan around the globe. While an undoubtedly iconic moment, the entire campaign wasn't a walk in the park for the Citizens.

There were plenty of goals courtesy of Sergio Aguero, Edin Dzeko and Mario Balotelli, the double over United, including a 6-1 hammering at Old Trafford, plus several other great City players in their prime including Joe Hart and David Silva.

Drawbacks? Even with all their star power, they lacked the refinement of future City teams, evidenced by how they nearly blew it on the final day and they remain the only team to have won the league on goal difference.
